Block Maintenance Plan

We were instructed by a newly appointed managing agent of a large estate in Chiswick, to carry out a building survey in London. They wanted to understand the condition of the blocks, the differing priorities of the various works and what might be packaged up into a scheme of works that could be carried out.

A detailed property survey of the blocks was carried out, including the grounds and swimming pool. An initial report was produced which was presented explained to the Lessees’ Board. Once they were content an open meeting for all leaseholders was arranged. The open and informative approach helped to progress matters where other previous attempts had failed.

Leaseholders were able to clearly estimate their liability and comments taken on board, prior to works being sent to tender.
